Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions. The inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days.
If your return is approved:
- We will initiate a refund to your original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval
- The refund amount will exclude the original delivery charges unless the return is due to our error
Refund Timeline:
- Bank transfers/Credit cards: 7-10 business days
- Digital wallets: 5-7 business days
Please note that the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return is rejected:
- We will notify you with the reason for rejection
- The item will be returned to you at your expense
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or specification, please:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
This ensures faster processing and guarantees product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used electronic devices (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products with broken seals (earphones, headphones, charging cables removed from sealed packaging)
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”)
- Personalized or custom-ordered products
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery):
We will:
- Arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
- Provide a full refund if replacement is not available
- Cover all return shipping costs
Please provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the defect or damage
We take defective products very seriously and will prioritize your case.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item that you did not order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for pickup of the wrong item at no cost to you
- We will send the correct item or issue a full refund, including delivery charges
Return Shipping
Customer-Initiated Returns:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Trusmi Sri Lanka is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Company Error (Wrong/Damaged/Defective Items):
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for pickup
- No shipping costs will be charged to you
Product Warranty
All products sold by Trusmi Sri Lanka come with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty terms and duration vary by product and manufacturer.
- Warranty claims should be directed to us first
- We will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
Restocking Fee
In certain cases, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied for returns that are:
- Customer’s change of mind (non-defective returns)
- Products returned after 7 days but within 14 days (at our discretion)
Cancellations
Before Shipping:
- You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped
- Contact us immediately via email or phone
After Shipping:
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
- You may refuse delivery and follow the return process
